UDS's

My first UDS. I had heard everyone talking about them. So, I had to build one for myself to see what they were all about. I have now built over three dozen UDS's in different sizes and styles.
They are great cookers/smokers that turn out fantastic BBQ.

The Mini UDS
This little smoker started
life as a 16 gal. drum.
It's a great littler smoker
for those smaller cooks,
like for just two people.

The Twins
I built this pair for use on the patio when I needed a little extra cooking area.
I built a rolling cart to make them easier to move around.
