Seasoned Cooked Orzo

olive oil

minced parsley

grated lemon peel

Salt - to taste

White pepper to taste

Stir Orzo into med pan filled with boiling water

Cook until tender and drain well ---- DO NOT OVER COOK --------- will turn to mush

return to pan and stir in oil, parsley, and lemon peel. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
