Kiwi-Strawberry Cream Dessert

(14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)

package instant vanilla flavor pudding mix

(1 pint) whipping cream, whipped

small chocolate pan cake, cut into cubes (about 6 cups)

sliced fresh strawberries

sliced fresh Kiwi

Additional fresh strawberries and Kiwi for garnish

Toasted slivered almonds for garnish

In large mixing bowl, combine EAGLE BRAND® and water; mix well. Add pudding mix; beat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes.

Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 2 cups pudding mixture into 4-quart round glass serving bowl; top with half the cake cubes, half the strawberries, half the preserves and half the remaining pudding mix.

Repeat layering, ending with pudding mixture. Garnish with additional strawberries and almonds. Chill 4 hours or until set. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Tips

You can use any type or flavor cake you like. We have used yellow cake and pound cake to make this.

Other fruits work well with this. I like making it with peach and apricots
