Stick Unsalted Butter

Tblsp Garlic, Chopped ( then put thru press )

more garlic may be added to taste

Worcestershire Sauce

Heavy Cream ( 1cup )

In a med sauce pan, melt butter, then add flour and whisk constantly over med heat to form a golden brown roux.

Add in garlic and saute another minute or two to soften garlic. Whisk constantly to prevent burning.

Pour in cream and reduce heat. Simmer mixture without boiling while adding remaining ingredients, stirring frequently.

Heat until mixture is coming to a boil and thickens alittle. Stirring frequently

Mixture will thicken as it cools

Mixture can be strained for smoother sauce.
