shape into balls. makes approximately 24--1 1/2" balls.

cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown, about 20 minutes. or cook in an ungreased oblong pan in a 400* oven until light brown, about 20 - 25 minutes.

cook in smoker at 230* . Takes about 45 minutes - 1 hour.

Tips

For Italian meatballs, use Italian flavored bread crumbs instead of plain. Add in 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Oregano, 1/4 tsp basil, and 1/4 tsp Thyme.

For spicy meatballs add in 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper, and 1/2 tsp chili powder. Then coat the outside of the meatballs with your favorite BBQ rub.
