Ground pork - can use pork sausage

Bread crumbs

Half and half cream

Onion - diced small

Worcestershire sauce

cloves Garlic - crushed

Black pepper

Dry Mustard

Ground Sage

Mix all ingredient together

Spread in an ungreased loaf pan

Cook uncovered in a 350* oven til done. Around 1 1/2 hours

Tips

I use this recipe mainly for smoked meat loaf, stuffed or unstuffed.

When smoking meatloaf, I put a good BBQ rub on the outside of the meat loaf.

Then for an added flavor you can either place a few slices or completely cover the meat loaf with bacon. It adds a great taste.

Smoke at 225* til an internal temp. of 160* is reached.

I usually make a mushroom sauce when I do this in the oven.
