Creamy Crab Salad

lump crabmeat or immitation crabmeat (surimi)

cup

thinly chopped tomatoes

1/4

cup

thin sliced celery

minced green onions

Grated or shredded chedar cheese

Mayonaise or Miracle Whip

Fresh ground black pepper

Combine crab meat, cheese, tomatoes, and celery in a bowl.

Mix miracle whip and onion and salt and pepper together.

Pour over crab meat. Toss together and refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
