It's my little refuge where I can sit back and relax with a cold drink and smell all the wonderful aromas of food being grilled or cooked low and slow in sweet blue smoke.
This site has pictures of different pits and other interesting and funny things, food pictures of differtent cooks I've done, and a recipe section with downloadable recipes that I like and use.
There is a links page listing some good sites to check out.
A blog has been added so I would have a place to post my thoughts, comments, and reviews of different items and subjects; and post pics of cooks and other interesting things.
