The backyard is my favorite place to have fun playing with smoke and fire. It's my little refuge where I can sit back and relax with a cold drink and smell all the wonderful aromas of food being grilled or cooked low and slow in sweet blue smoke.
This site has pictures of different pits and other interesting and funny things, food pictures of differtent cooks I've done, and a recipe section with downloadable recipes that I like and use.
There are links pages listing some good sites to check out.
I'm slowly updating the look and layout of the site. So,have fun, look around, and come back often to see what we have changed or added.
